CREOSOTIDE
   Creosote Iodide, a chemical combination of Iodine with the Guaiacol, Creosol and analogous bodies which are constituents of Beechwood Creosote. It is alterative and antiseptic, exerting a favorable influence over nutrition in wasting diseases. Wherever Iodine or Iodides are indicated, Creosotide may be prescribed.
