PHYSOSTIGMINE (Eserine)
   Alkaloid derived from CALABAR BEAN, q. v. Causes contraction of pupil of the eye, and is sometimes used with reference to this pro perty. Dose, 0.0001 to 0.0008 Grm. (1-600 to 1-80 gr.).1
