COCCULUS
   The fruit of ANAMIRTA COCeUurs. Wight and Arn. Dangerous ly poisonous, in small doses antispasmodic; used chiefly as a parasiti cide. Active principle Picrotoxin q. v.1

PICROTOXIN
   A neutral principle obtained from the seeds of ANAMIRTA COCCULUS, (L-) Wight & Arn. (Cocculus Indicus). In small doses,-it is an efficient remedy for night sweats. Dose, 0.0006 to 0.0025 Grm. (1-100 to 1-25 gr.).1
