   Leaves of ROSMARINUS 0FFICINALIS, Lin. Emmenagogue, galactagogue, diuretic. The volatile oil is the active principle, and is used to allay nervous disorders due to debility, to promote men struation and to relieve colic; locally used to allay pain in acute rhc-umatism, etc.1
