SQUILL
   The bulb of URGINEA MARITIMA, (L.) Bak. Nauseant, expecto rant, diuretic. Used chiefly in bronchial affections andinadropsy, in the latter case often in combination with Digitalis. It must not be given when there is acute inflammation of the kidneys.1
