   The seeds of STROPAHNTHUS KOMBE, Oliver. A powerful cardiactonic resembling Digitalis and having the same range of uses. It is said to be apt to cause diarrhea. Active principle Strophanthin. Dose of the seeds, 0.003 to 0.03 Grmi (1-20 to 1/2 gr.); of Strophauthin, 0.0002 to 0.001 Grm. (1-300 to 1-60 gr.).1
