Physician's Materia Medica on Hydrastinine

HYDRASTININE
   Derivative alkaloid from HYDRASTINE which it closely resembles in medicinal action. The hydrochloride is official in the U. S. P., 1890. Dose, 0.01 to 0.03 Grm. (1-6 to 1/2 gr.).2
